The training programs are designed for independent execution, at home or in the gym, featuring a clear structure and defined progression over time. Each program is tailored to individual goals, allowing for organized training with methodological coherence and consistency in the training process.

Personal Training

Personal training, conducted at home or online, consists of structured individual sessions tailored to the client's goals and guided by specialized technical supervision. The intervention is planned to ensure safety, quality of execution, control of training load, and appropriate progression, adapting to available conditions and allowing for effective monitoring regardless of location.

Pilates

Pilates sessions are offered individually (1:1), in person or online, allowing for personalized intervention, immediate technical correction, and progression tailored to each person's specific needs.

Online group classes maintain technical structure and methodological coherence, promoting motor control, stability, and mobility in a collective context.

I also conduct sessions for companies or specific groups, aimed at improving function, preventing musculoskeletal discomfort, and promoting well-being in the workplace.
