Vision
I believe that physical exercise, when properly planned and monitored, is a crucial tool for improving metabolic health, preserving function throughout aging, and enhancing long-term quality of life. My commitment is to offer rigorous, data-driven technical support with a strategic and human perspective on the change process. Furthermore, my goal is to translate scientific knowledge into accessible information, enabling each person to understand the impact of their choices and actively participate in building their own healthy aging process.

Exercício Físico
Physical exercise is not only my profession; it is a continuous field of study and a personal commitment. I am interested in deeply understanding how the body adapts to training and how these adaptations can be used to improve health, functional capacity, and quality of life. My goal is to help each person develop a more conscious and structured relationship with exercise.

Exercise Prescription
I believe that exercise prescription should be based on solid knowledge, rigorous assessment, and individualized adaptation. The goal is not rapid transformation, but sustained physical, metabolic, and functional improvement.
Training is not just about improving indicators. It's about preserving autonomy, preventing decline, and investing in quality of life throughout aging.

Projects
The need to understand the physiological mechanisms that underpin adaptation to training led me to pursue a PhD in Sport Sciences. My academic work focuses on the relationship between physical exercise, sarcopenia, systemic inflammation, gut microbiota, and emerging training methodologies, including high-intensity interval training and virtual reality.
